The inner area of the boiler is maintained as a vacuum at all times. Unlike a high pressure boiler, it poses no danger of accident.
An adequate amount of heating water is injected to the boiler and maintained at a vacuum. As the burner heats up the heating water, pressurized vapor is generated and the heat is transferred to the heat exchanger for hot baths and heating.
The heat exchanger repeats the cycle of heating water, pressurized vapor and heat exchange and indirectly transfers the heat to the pressurized vapor. .
The vacuum hot water boiler is frequently used for heating and hot baths. It is widely used for hotels, pools, dorms and public baths requiring clean hot water. |
